BVI WebTV was created by a local Virgin Islander for the of persons Traveling, Vacationing, persons on Study Leave; Students or anyone living outside the British Virgin Islands who wish to have access to all of the current happenings in the British Virgin Islands.

The Site was created by a young Entrepreneur, Dorian C. Hodge who, at the Age of 27 wanted to do more with the skills which he had acquired which working in the Video Production Field. He worked for a local Television Station, VITV Channel 5 from 2000 to 2003 as the Technical Director and left his post to start a new production Company in which he partnered with a close friend. The company is now known as Video & Audio Productions.
